Our first Te Ara Wāhine in 2025 brought wāhine from across the trade and construction industry together for three days of learning, connection, inspiration and a little time to recharge.

There were honest conversations, practical insights, new friendships and plenty of moments to celebrate. Most importantly, it created a space for wāhine to back themselves, share their experiences and take the next step with confidence.

Here’s a look back at where it all began.
